To place an order through the online store, you need to send us an order using your contact details.
The choice of services / products is made by using the menu in the dynamic bar, navigating through the product categories. When you have found a product/service that suits your wishes, you can add it to the basket directly, or you can access the information and details with a simple click.
In the shopping cart you can change the quantity of the desired products or even give up a product, but here you can see your products, accompanied by photos, the unit price and the final price. The calculation of transport charges will be made according to the value of the order(s). Shipping will be included in the total of your order.
The delivery of the ordered products will be done by courier for a fee, the delivery cost being displayed at the end of the order. In the case of deliveries by courier, the companies Fan Courier, Cargus or Sameday will be used. Delivery time by courier is a maximum of 10 working days.
In a short time you will receive an email confirming the registration of the order containing the products ordered, the transport charges and our data and details about the delivery as soon as possible, subject to the availability of the products.
If you do not agree with the term or delivery method, please cancel the order and the money paid online with the card will be returned in 5-7 working days, on the same card.
Order status
From the moment you place an order online or by phone, we take care of it as soon as possible. We check the products/services in the order, their availability, we order from the supplier the products available to order and ask for a delivery time if the product is not available even in the supplier’s stock. We contact you to communicate the delivery term as soon as we have complete information on the definite delivery date. Information about your order will be sent by email, all this time from your account you can follow the process of the order for the entire period, from placement to delivery.
In the event that a product is not available, with your consent we will replace it, or remove it from the order.
An order can go through the following stages:
the order being confirmed – the first stage, after completing the steps in the order form
confirmed order – when our colleagues take care of your order. At this stage are also the orders that include products that are made to order or require import.
delivered order – is the stage in which the parcel has been picked up by the courier and is on its way to you.
canceled order – you can request the cancellation of the order at any time, in case you have changed your mind, but we want you to notify us in time, to avoid sending the products.
Your order can also be canceled for other reasons, such as:
- non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client’s card, of the Transaction, in the case of online payment;
- invalidation of the transaction by the approved card processor, in the case of online payment;
- the data provided by the Customer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect;
- the order is returned.
In the event that an order paid by online card is cancelled, the transaction will be canceled on the platform of the payment processor, and the amount paid will appear in the account in 5-7 working days.
Order cancellation and return policy
If you no longer want the ordered service / product, you can cancel any order that has not been sent for delivery at any time, within the legal term of 14 days. For situations in which the delivery is delayed, for reasons beyond our control, please contact us to find the best solution.
Non-delivery and canceled orders paid with the card will be canceled through the Netopia payment processor, on the same card, in a maximum of 5-7 working days.
The following categories of products cannot be returned according to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014:
- products made to order or according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;
- products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements.
If you want to return the ordered products, they can be returned only in the condition in which they were received, within the legal term of 14 days. We hereby invite you to our headquarters or another storage location, where we can check together the integrity of the seals. In exceptional cases where you cannot go to our headquarters for the return, you accept as final the minutes signed by the representatives of URANIA EFFECT S.R.L. and by the couriers who deliver the returned products to us, regarding their condition upon receipt.

Politica De Livrare
Pentru a lansa o comanda prin intermediul magazinului online este nevoie sa ne transmiteti o comanda folosind datele dvs. de contact.
Alegerea serviciilor / produselor se face prin folosirea meniului din bara dinamica, navigand prin categoriile de produse. In momentul in care ai gasit un produs/serviciu care se potriveste dorintelor tale, il poti adauga in cos direct, sau poti sa accesezi informatiile si detaliile printr-un simplu click.
In cosul de cumparaturi poti schimba cantitatea produselor dorite sau chiar sa renunti la un produs, insa aici poti vedea produsele tale, insotite de fotografii, pretul unitar si pretul final. Calcularea taxelor de transport se va face in functie de valoarea comenzii(lor). Transportul va fi inclus in totalul comenzii tale.
Livrarea produselor comandate se va face prin curier contra cost, costul livrarii fiind afisat la finalizarea comenzii. In cazul livrarilor prin curier se va apela la firmele Fan Courier, Cargus sau Sameday. Termenul de livrare prin curier fiind de maxim 10 zile lucratoare.
In scurt timp vei primi un email prin care se confirma inregistrarea comenzii ce contine produsele comandate, taxele de transport si datele noastre și detaliile despre livrarea în cel mai scurt timp, în limita disponibilitatii produselor.
In cazul In care nu esti de acord cu termenul sau modalitatea de livrare, te rugam sa anulezi comanda si banii platiti online cu cardul vor fi returnati în 5-7 zile lucrătoare, pe acelasi card.
Stadiu comanda
Din momentul in care ai lansat o comanda online sau telefonic, ne ocupam in cel mai scurt timp de aceasta. Verificam produsele/ serviciile din comanda, disponibilitatea acestora, comandam la furnizor produsele disponibile la comanda si cerem termen de livrare in cazul in care produsul nu este disponibil nici in stocul furnizorilor. Te contactam pentru comunicarea termenului de livrare imediat ce avem informatii complete privind data certa de livrare. Informatiile despre comanda ta se vor trimite pe email, in tot acest timp din contul tau poti urmari procesul in care se afla comanda pe intreaga perioada, de la plasare, pana la livrare.
In situatia in care un produs nu este disponibil, cu acordul tau il vom inlocui, ori indeparta din comanda.
O comanda poate trece prin urmatoarele stadii:
comanda in curs de confirmare – primul stadiu, dupa ce finalizezi pasii din formularul de comanda
comanda confirmata – atunci cand colegii nostri se ocupa de comanda ta. In acest stadiu sunt si comenzile ce includ produse care sunt realizate pe comanda sau necesita import.
comanda livrata – este stadiul in care coletul a fost ridicat de curier si este in drum spre tine.
comanda anulata – poti sa soliciti oricand anularea comenzii, in cazul in care te-ai razgandit, insa dorim sa ne anunti la timp, pentru a evita expedierea produselor.
Comanda ta poate fi anulata si din alte motive, cum ar fi:
- neacceptarea de catre banca emitenta a cardului Clientului, a Tranzactiei, in cazul platii online;
- invalidarea tranzactiei de catre procesatorul de carduri agreat, in cazul platii online;
- datele furnizate de catre Client, pe site sunt incomplete si/sau incorecte;
- comanda este returnata.
In situatia in care se anuleaza o comanda achitata cu card online, se va efectua anularea tranzactiei pe platforma procesatorului de platii, urmand ca valoarea achitata sa se vada in cont în 5-7 zile lucratoare.
Politica de anulare comanda și de returnare
In cazul în care nu va mai doriti serviciul / produsul comandat, puteti anula oricand, in termenul legal de 14 zile, orice comanda care nu a fost trimisa spre livrare. Pentru situatii in care livrarea se intarzie, din motive neimputabile noua, va rugam sa ne contactati pentru a gasi cea mai buna solutie.
Comenzile nelivrare si anulatele platite cu cardul se vor storna prin intermediul procesatorului de plati Netopia, pe acelasi card, in maxim 5-7 zile lucratoare.
Urmatoarele categorii de produse nu se pot returna conform art.16 din OUG 34/2014:
- produse confectionate la comanda sau dupa specificatiile prezentate de consumator sau personalizate in mod clar;
- produse sigilate care nu pot fi returnate din motive de protectie a sanatatii sau din motive de igiena si care au fost desigilate de consummator;
- produse care sunt, dupa livrare, potrivit naturii acestora, inseparabil amestecate cu alte elemente.
In cazul in care doresti sa returnezi produsele comandate, acestea se pot returna doar in starea in care au fost primite, in termenul legal de 14 zile. Te invitam cu acestea la sediul nostru sau alta locatie de depozitare, unde putem verifica impreuna integritatea sigiliilor. In cazurile exceptionale in care nu te poti deplasa la sediul nostru pentru retur, accepti ca final procesul verbal semnat de catre reprezentantii URANIA EFFECT S.R.L., si de catre curierii care ne livreaza produsele returnate, in ceea ce priveste starea lor la primire.
