Payment Methods

You can buy products from our store using your debit card. Debit card payment processing is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard.

If the card is linked to an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for that card.

No additional fee is charged for transactions.

How to pay online by debit card

On the checkout page in the "Payment" section, Shopify Payments will appear pre-selected as the first option under the name "Credit Card". Enter your card details, make sure the other fields are correctly filled in and click on "Pay now".

The transaction will also be confirmed by e-mail, to the address of the account created on the genzette.com platform or to the e-mail address entered on the checkout page. If the payment was not authorized, you will be able to try again immediately after the failed payment message is displayed.
